The store was clean and staff friendly and very helpful. PPE was in use by staff and sanitizer was available for customer. We would recommend this store to friends and family. The Dreams sales representative greeted us on entering store [Diane] offered us the sleep match, pillows, drink and PPE.

As soon as we entered the store, Diane asked how she could help and offer us refreshments. We told her what we were interested in and she should us what was available. She gave us helpful advice and was never pushy. When we saw the sofa bed we wanted she showed us how it worked and displayed the various fabrics it came in. All in all she could not have been more helpful in assisting us with our purchase./

Diane is an excellent sales assistant. Patient understanding my needs and friendly. An asset to your company. No hard sell just made sure I got what I wanted. Very impressed.
