We had not been into a shop since end of March and were naturally a little concerned. There was hand sanitizer at the door of the shop so that was good. I was offered a covering for the pillow when I tried the bed. I was asked to take this covering with me. I would have preferred a clean piece for each bed as I did not remember which side I had used - but no matter! The salesman was helpful and kept a safe distance
