I was really satisfied with the service at dreams very friendly staff Diane very helpful also the two dilibery drivers very polite and efficient both nice lads could not fault the service thank you very much

We were served by a lovely gentleman called Deryek at the Croydon Store. He greeted us warmly, allowed us to browse without any pressure but was attentive and jumped in to assist us as necessary. He helped us to discover the best mattress for us using the sleep match bed in store and he explained how everything worked. He then guided us around the mattresses that had been selected for us. We both hate feeling pressured by sales people and Deryek had the perfect balance to being helpful and attentive without being overbearing or trying to pressure us to purchase on the day. We went to a competitor round the corner after the visit and were completely ignored. After we had had time to discuss matters we decided to go ahead with the purchase. This was all thanks to Deryek and his assistance. He is a real credit to your store/company. As the store is not local to us I telephoned a few days later to place the order. As Deryek was on holiday by then I was assisted by Barrett. Barrett has also been absolutely amazing. He explained everything clearly, provided various options and assisted us to place the order and liaise with a local store to complete the finance application.
