The customer service at dreams in crewe was exceptional the lady who dealt with us was fabulous, her knowledge and kind nature was 2nd to none. The lady was called Jackie.

We came in looking for quite a specific style mattress and the sale representative took her time to help us find the right one!

Fast, informative, no pressure.

Extremely friendly staff, very knowledgeable, took time to explain everything in detail, answered all of our questions and we thoroughly enjoyed the whole experience, thank you 😊

We felt very comfortable shopping at Dreams in Crewe as all the girls in the shop were so helpful and full of knowledge and I must praise the service we received from Jackie, Rachel and Jade as they were trained to a very high standard. As you do not buy a bed and mattress every week we were able to try the beds in order to find the one that was most suitable for us and with the help of all three girls we found the perfect one. I would recommend this store to all of my friends and family and would shop there again. No problems at all the girls were exceptional in helping us select the right mattress.
