Very friendly staff member who asked what my visit to the store involved, she took me straight to where the wooden bed frames were located saving me time from walking around the shop, her product knowledge was very good and she also explained what other products or services were available.

Philip was polite, knowledge and didn't hard sell. A very enjoyable shopping experience.
