We were very satisfied with the service from Louise and the manager They offered us drinks made us feel very welcome. And spent time with us to a very high standard. We bought a great buy !! Thankyou very much I’m sure we will have some good nights sleep to come.

Kam was helpful and managed out needs well - was helpful but not pushy, it was a good customer experience. Would like it to be less expensive and deliver time to be shorter.

Professional and informative no HARD sell.

I called my local Dreams store first thing on Saturday morning in urgent need of a replacement small single mattress, I spoke to a guy called Mac at the Coventry Gallagher retail park store and he couldn’t have been any more helpful. Mac was fantastic; he understood my requirements and went away to check if there was anything I could take away from store that same day. Mac was friendly and not at all pushy, he came across as more focused on helping me rather than a push salesperson which is the first time I have experience this at any furniture store. Mac had one small single mattress left in stock and reserve it for me. I popped to the store later that day and Mac came to greet me, he double checked that it was what was required, he allowed me to test it, he also had the x3 mattress toppers and cushions in store that I had seen online and he did me a great deal. It was a hot day and Mac even offered me a bottle of water…. Fantastic service all round, Mac has a great approach and is clearly very knowledgeable too. I couldn’t ask for anything more. … Thank you dreams (in particular Mac)
