The way we were greeted given every knowledge of the mattress not forced to buy something expensive given us enough time to think and also gave us a deal for warranty

Never knew there was so much difference

The lady who helped us, Jackie, was so lovely and super knowledgeable. We had only gone in to start looking but she was so helpful and not at all pushy so we managed to find and buy what we needed.

Friendly staff they did not pester us left us to look around,but did say if we needed help just ask which we did after looking round we talked to pavan who was very helpful polit man ,very helpful offered us a drink and gave us advice which helped us pick the right bed for us

Looking for bed so pleased with service and product did not look elsewhere

The products are lovely and the customer service amazing. Helped with everything we needed to know about the beds and mattress. Offered water and drinks. Lovely time overall

The sales assistant, Louise, was warm and welcoming. She gave us space to view the products but also made herself readily available to assist us. She was also very considerate, offering us water on what was a very warm day. Excellent communication skills and very friendly but professional.
