Dreams - Colchester

Tony the manager did everything possible to make my visit simply the best. After 5 visits to other stores l bought from Dreams due to the manager Tony’s understanding my needs and his great knowledge.

Good friendly service

Craig was amazing. He made choosing a bed fun and his knowledge was outstanding. I can't fault Craig at all. A true asset to Dreams.

From start to finish we were thoroughly looked after, we walked into Dreams not even knowing what type of mattress we required however, by the time we left the store we felt like experts. Firstly we laid down on the futuristic bed that analysed out sleeping positions and based on our back discomforts, was able to provide us with a mattress type and a comprehensive list of products to try out based on our budget. Of course we went for the first one we laid on but was also shown a wide range to ensure that we were certain within our choice. An hour later and we had paid for our mattress on an interest free payment plan with delivery in 4 days, I don't think you can get any better than that!

From the moment we walked in Eve was extremely friendly and helped us use the bed to find out the suggested type of mattress for us. She made us a lovely cup of tea and spent time showing us the beds that would suit us best but did not hover around whilst we tried so so be felt comfortable trying them out without feeling under any pressure.

My partner and I visited the store to find a mattress for our daughters new bed. We found a mattress we had in mind online so when we visited in store it was extremely easy to find the mattress we were looking for. The store assistant allowed us time with searching for the mattress before approaching and offering assistance. She was very knowledgeable about the best mattress for our daughter. She was so kind and patient especially when my daughter, who is 2 years old, didn’t want to lay down on the mattress but instead wanted to run around the store. She was so helpful giving us details about the ‘bed cover’ and details for what is covered to give us extra peace of mind. She was able to find a delivery day within 5 days of us visiting in the store which was great! It was great that the store also had a table for colouring and drinks for children while us parents could sort out the ordering that helped keep my daughter occupied. It was such a quick, easy and efficient service that we were in and out of the store within 20 minutes having got exactly what we needed and being served by such a lovely team. I would definitely go back again.

Friendly knowledgeable sales people, and coffee. It's just nice to have people who know what they are doing.

As soon as we entered the shop Amanda was brilliant she took us to the sleep test bed which quick showed tge ideal mattress. This meant that we were able to buy what we needed with 15 minutes without fuss.
