Ross was very helpful and helped us find everything that we was looking for on our visit to the store.

Me and my partner went in looking for a mattress and frame we were greeted by friendly staff and we worked with some one who listen to every thing we wanted and was honest.

The Assistant immediately showed me a suitable bed that was perfect for my needs. She had listened carefully to my requirements and acted appropriately by her selection. She explained how the guest bed contains a second bed that conveniently pulls out and turns the bed to a double. This is perfect for occasional guests and space-saving. I was very impressed with it and bought it straight away. The Assistant processed my purchase efficiently and secured a delivery slot to my convenience. She assured me that the delivery colleagues would deliver the bed to a room of my choice. She was pleasantly friendly and I enjoyed the experience. Thank you

Myself,my wife and mother called into Dreams Colchester to look at suitable beds for family members. We were not disappointed. On arrival we were greeted with the extremely polite, professional and friendly 'Victoria' who sympathetically and patiently guided us through the selection process, putting us on the incredible computerised machine to aid sourcing the perfect bed. After being computer matched to several mattresses, Victoria invited us to unhurriedly test all matches and any others we fancied laying on! It was a true pleasure having such a chilled and peaceful overall experience, made all the easier bt Victoria's upbeat attitude and professionalism. This culminated in our purchasing 2 beds and divans. Purchasing process was smooth and swift. Suitable delivery date agreed. If only all purchasing experiences were comparable to this particular one. Colleague was very helpful give an idea of all product in the store and he is very friendly and with knowledge to assist us.

The staff member was very helpful.. Her knowledge was great. her approach was very laid back and allowed us time to discuss and decide. Normally I would go away and research online, but did not feel the need here.. Its a refreshing approach, unlike the norm when you get pounced on etc in furniture stores etc
