From the moment we entered the store in Colchester our assistant Eve was fantastic,she listened to our requests was very polite offering us refreshments whilst talking us through our options.

Staff where very friendly on arrival - met with a hello and a smile. Staff offered help once we had found the right area of the store. Staff offered us a drink whilst we looked. They were able to answer my question about different mattresses with knowledge and didn't overload the answer.

The sales assistant (Craig) was very knowledgeable, kind, courteous and ensured we made use of the Easter 20% off as we originally came in a few days earlier. This meant we could afford a better mattress.

Had a low budget with specific requirements and the sales assistant was so helpful and understanding. He showed us lots of different options, was not pushy and was very kind and considerate of the smaller budget. He offered us drinks and a seat. Delivery time was excellent and was able to purchase exactly what I wanted.
