We were served by Victoria who was so polite. Victoria didn't pester us like some sales individuals do. She offered us a tea or coffee and left us to move around freely and advised us to let her know if we needed anything. I approached Victoria and asked her if we could use the sleepometer. Victoria helped us use this and picked out the best mattress for us. We found an amazing mattress and Victoria helped us make sure we were happy testing out lots of mattresses.we left with a new mattress, bed frame, tempur pillows and a mattress protector. Couldn't be more happy we decided to shop here

Amanda was really friendly and informative, she guided us through our selection, we couldn’t order the mattress on our first visit, so we ensured we were back to purchase it when she would be serving us.

The staff were really friendly and helpful and assisted us using the sleep machine to identify suitable mattresses. Ross was really knowledgeable about the mattresses and their benefits and was not pushy at all. He let us take our time but was at hand to answer any questions. Once we had selected our mattress he went above and beyond to help us find a suitable base with a short delivery time as we were restricted on time. We were amazed that he was able to find all of our requirements and get a delivery date of less than 2 weeks. He went through the finance options and talked through everything about the delivery and order and the 40 night sleep guarantee. He spoke to is about the extra guarantee on the bed/mattress but did not pressure us into taking this insurance. We came away very happy and confident that we had made an informed decision about our new bed. Thank you to Ross and the team at Colchester who did everything to make us feel comfortable and relaxed.

When first entering the store the welcome was friendly and the accident asked if we were looking for a mattress of bed. We used the mattress analyser to find the correct mattress. We were then offered tea or coffee by the assistant before testing out the mattresses. The assistant was very thorough and help with great advice as I have back issues. We found the right mattress in a process was smooth and simple.

We had several questions and staff gave us factual information without being pushy. Ross who served us showed us several different options and gave us time to look at and feel the beds, and asked relevant questions about our needs.

Amanda the saleswoman was the best, not pushy or bullying. She did her job quietly and efficiently and we found her pleasant and knowledgeable. Coffee was excellent.

Amanda in the Colchester store was very knowledgeable and helpful advising us of correct pillows to use as well as helping us with which mattress would suit and which divan base to go for too.
