We visited our local Dreams store in Colchester bank Holiday Monday, it's been quite a few years since ordering a new bed, but Craig the sales assistant who served us was very knowledgable, friendly, we said we only had a certain budget he understood and showed us what we could get. He was very patient and didn't keep pressuring us when trying to choose, Craig said to us he would be ready to help when we were and he was when we had chosen our new bed, he was very quick at processing our order, very good Customer Service from Craig.

The staff were quick to help identify and find the right products for us which saved us a lot of time. Very friendly to talk with and even went to the extra effort of helping to keep our young children occupied while we tried out products.

Craig was very attentive, he got everything sorted very quickly with delivery date that suits us. Happy with our visit, would definitely recommend to others.

Very friendly and helpful staff

Tony was highly skilled, knowledgeable, professional and personable. We utilised the Sleep match body scanner, which was explained in detail to us, and saved us time in choosing a suitable mattress. We purchased the Hebden headboard and bed, along with Nature's finest 9450 K mattress, not the cheapest but seems great quality.
