Tony at the Colchester Store could not have been more helpful. Extremely knowledgeable and courteous, giving as much time as we needed to make a decision. Products were explained in great depth allowing us to make choices that really suited us and our budget.

Ross was very understanding and patient of my needs. He was very thorough and made sure I was satisfied with the type of mattress I wanted. Cheerful and helpful in every way. I came away very satisfied indeed. Please thank him.
