Dreams - Clydebank

From the moment we entered the store we were treated very very well,being offered tea/coffee before we even started!! We had the pleasure of trying the new 'Toy' in the store which helps to find the correct products for individual customers. The Manager Mark was very knowledgeable about all his products, he gave us plenty time to try those recommended before we finally agreed on our double divan. The order process was explained very well and we were especially impressed with his understanding as my Husband has Alzeihmers. Overall we felt as though our custom was welcomed and commend all the lovely staff for making what could have been a difficult task very easy. Well Done all!!!

I didn't know what to expect before going into the store but Lesley took me through everything and explained everything in clear detail Lesley was patient and attentive to my needs

Went looking to buy a new mattress. Heather was so helpful. She let us try out the new bed thing that lets you know the kind of mattress you need. She showed us all the mattresses. Let us try the tempur beds that you can see what they are made off etc. I didnt find heather pushy and just wanting a sale. She generally took our needs into consideration and went above and beyond for us

Staff member Heather was very friendly, knowledgeable and patient. We had our 2 grandchildren in store with us and she was great with them too. We tried lots of beds and she was very knowledgeable on different mattress types. She was friendly and welcoming too.

We were welcomed by a friendly smile and offered tea or coffee by Mark who was very up to date with everything in the store and made us feel at ease and under no pressure at any time, he was very patient with us and took his time to answer any questions we put his way , which made our experience finding the bed of our DREAMS simple for us it was our pleasure doing buisines with him he is an excellent salesman and the company should be proud having him work for them.

We found the sale assistant Gerry very helpful, knowledgable and had a very happy manner and the store manager was also very pleasant

Sales person was helpful whilst allowing us the time and space to decide what we wanted. Enjoyed the 'tempur experience.'

Lesley was very helpful without being "pushy" and no rush to "close" a sale. Although I made most of the questioning, Lesley pointedly involved my Wife in our discussion and selection - my Wife appreciated this! We have bought a mattress from Dreams before, about 5 years ago. Even though this mattress has been used frequently by friends and visitors on our spare double bed it is still commented on as to how comfortable it is! We are now replacing our Silentnight mattress with your lambert mattress! Thank you Lesley for a great untroubled purchase. Kind regards, Edith and Mike
