We made our choice and ordered the goods . We were fully advised of delivery , guarantee and you’re policy to returns goods if not satisfied .

your staff went above and beyond to the help my mum who can't walk unaided, due to osteoarthritis, she needed help to find the right bed and mattress to help ease her pain and discomfort, the staff where amazing and we found the perfect bed for her, they where extremely helpful and went out there way to help her choose explaining everything that she needed to know,stevie was very informative and helpful getting her the best deal, whilst we were there they even offered my mum a cup of tea or a bottle of water while we sorted out our order amazing service ,amazing knowledgeable staff, can't fault them 10 out of 10 for service, really welcoming and a credit to your company 😀

Nathan your customer advisor couldn't be anymore helpful when I entered the store. Nathan's knowledge on the products that I was asking about was greatly appreciated as you don't always receive this in stores that you go into. It is so nice to get someone that knows what they are talking about.

The entire process of chooding the right matress for me was made not only simple but a pleasurable experience. The assistant, Stevie, encouraged me to take my time in trying out diffent types of mattress, and was able to explain the differences in helpful layman's terms.
