Friendliness of staff, very knowledgeable, non pushy. Good atmosphere in the store. An overall pleasurable experience.

The staff member who helped me with my purchase was Lesley in the Clydebank store. She was kind, friendly, knowledgeable and couldn't have been more helpful. She assisted me when necessary and balanced this perfectly with allowing me time alone to think and test mattresses. My experience in Dreams, Clydebank was fantastic and I would definitely return in future and recommend the store to others, based on the quality and pricing of products and customer service.

My husband and I were met by Nathan in the Clydebank store who was attentive and knowledgeable; but never pestered us to buy which is a turn-off. He gave us the opportunity to try out the different Tempur mattresses and offered advice. There was no hard sell and the atmosphere was calm and pleasant. I visited previously and met another salesperson who was also as pleasant. The staff at this store are a credit to the company and we will come back again for further purchases.
