Dreams - Clydebank

We were greeted upon entering by friendly staff and asked if we required any help, there was no pressure. I said yes and a lady called Lesley was very helpful and knowledgeable.

Derrick knew his products and was able to direct me to the ones i was looking for which suited my situation

The staff where very helpful and had a great knowledge of the product which made our visit a lot easier

We were looking for a new mattress for the wife as she had a hip replaced a few months ago,and still can't sleep on her left side,as old mattress is to stiff for her to lay on her left side.The young chap showed us all the mattresses,and showed us the new sleep bed,to try out,before we picked,the one that the wife said was ok to sleep on,on her left side..and explained all about the fittings inside each item he showed us.

We had shopped around at some of the competitors before returning to Dreams in Clydebank. We felt the level of service was greater than with other bedding/furniture companies we visited. Our Sales representative Gerry had an excellent approach and manner and we in no way felt pressured. The sleep matching service was an unique offering and we ended up buying one of the mattresses it recommended.

The Dreams Colleague we dealt with was Heather, at the Clydebank store. Heather was such a joy. She was very friendly, approachable, not pushy and we were not made to feel forced into a purchase. Heather had us try the sleep match machine, provided tailored pillows, then provided the options which suited us best based on this and allowed us to browse and see what options we liked, giving guidance along the way. She offered us tea and coffee on more than one occasion. Heather had great product knowledge and ensured we had all the information we would need about the different beds and mattresses we were looking at. We couldn't have asked for a better person to deal with. We visited the store on Saturday 4th, decided to go home and have a think about the 3 options we liked and to be completely honest if it hadn't been for Heather's fantastic customer service and helpfulness we may not have returned on the Sunday to make our purchase - so thank you Heather!

The salesman directed us to the products we wanted and was very knowledgeable.

From my first visit to the Clydebank store Lesley was able to advise me on what I had to look for in purchasing a new mattress and we spoke about my issues regarding my neck and spine and that if I were to come back that she would would "put me through the Sleep Test". I already knew that I wanted a Wooden Ottoman Double bed and Dreams had the one that I liked (although not in store, could only see online) Both my niece and nephew had recommended your store as they had previously purchased new beds and mattresses from yourself and highly recommended your service including the helpdesk. On coming back a few days later Lesley was available to put me through the test and we tried out all mattresses including a few others, unfortunately, I settled on the most expensive. Lesley's product knowledge was amazing (please send her to the farm where the mattress I purchased gets made, she deserves it).The other store staff who were on duty at the time were also lovely (Store Manager, Gerry and 2 Others). Thoroughly enjoyed my cup of coffee as well. I have only put Satisfied at BOTH of the PRICE options as we all want something for less. Excellent store.

Lesley was brilliant. She took loads of time explaining how the mattress picking worked, gave recommendations but never pushed me into buying at all or pushed for the more expensive items. She was really friendly and chatty. Great customer service!!

Member of staff was welcoming, friendly and helpful, listened to requirements and gave advice.
