Staff could not be more helpful from the moment walked through door offered tea or coffee

I came into the store over two days. the first day i met Nathan who was lovely. I had my 4 year old boy with me and we didn't have a great deal of time. Nathan was very helpful he listened to what we were looking for and showed us the best products for our needs. My son really enjoyed being in a 'bed shop' and it made the experience better with the excellent customer service and friendliness. The following day we came back in with my wife and son and this time we met Lesley. Lesley was equally as nice and again made us feel comfortable as a family. We knew what we were looking for this time so Lesley was happy to take us straight to the products we were interested in. Our plan was to shop around for the rest of the day but due to the excellent service by both Nathan and Lesley we decided to go ahead there and then. My wife was surprised as this isn't something that I ever do but good customer service really makes a difference to me.

I was very satisfied with the service and friendliness of the staff, especially Heather who recognised us on our second visit and was extremely helpful. I got a great price and Heather talked me through everything explaining it so well. I would definitely come back to this shop.

Heather was extremely helpful she showed us all the products that were available which was a very good amount. She also carried out the sleeping test on us both which was very impressive and explained everything to us without being pushy in any way.

Member of staff was very knowledgeable and friendly.

Time was spent to help us appreciate our needs and try out products. We didn’t feel rushed or pressured to select a product. The professionalism and knowledge from our colleague Nathan helped us to choose our mattress and be very satisfied with our decision.

The young gentleman called Nathan was delightful from the start. He couldn’t have been any more helpful and very knowledgable. Because of him I placed the order for two beds.

Heather was attentive without being in your face, extremely knowledgeable (even though she later told us she was new to the business - we would never have thought that), and a fun person to have showing us all the different mattresses. She was very patient with us even when we kept re-trying mattresses over and over again. We were highly satisfied with the showroom itself because it had the 2 beds we had seen on-line. We were also given a cuppa. Thanks to Derek for that, it was just the right strength of tea for me :)
