Dreams - Clydebank

We decided to look at mattresses, maybe to buy, but we were unsure of what we wanted or needed. As soon as we entered the door a lovely assistant came over to talk to us. We explained why we were there and he explained about the bed comfort planning, we were happy to try it out, enjoyed the experience and decided to look at the beds recommended. We liked the one we chose immediately and also bought bed base and 2 pillows! We also had coffee and a chat to the assistant (Gerry) . Thanks to your company for such a great service. Can't wait for it all to be deliverd and set up for us.

We had a very limited budget for our mattresses and the assisstant Lesley was very helpful showing us products that matched our needs. She explained things well and then left us to go around and try the beds again after first showing them to us.

Gerry was nice and friendly. He showed us the assessment bed, that measured our pressure points etc. Gerry was very knowledgeable about all the products he showed us. We came late in the day, near closing time, but he stayed late to show us the products and went through our order. He explained everything clearly, and was a really nice guy.

Upon entering the store we were approached by a very friendly and welcoming Sales Representative, Lesley, who was very knowledgeable and expressed a good understanding of which products would be right for me and my partner’s individual needs. After being given our on tester pillows and doing the informative sleep match, Lesley then advised us on the various tailored options available to us and guided us through the showroom, testing several mattresses as we went. With Lesley’s council and extensive knowledge of the products which suited us most, very quickly we had made a choice of which purchase to make. Lesley then went through all the details of the purchase exchange such as buy now pay later options, extended warranty, aftercare and bedding accessory packages. The knowledge and expertise of Lesley, the shop setup and the considerate customer care factor made the experience of Dreams extremely pleasant and satisfactory. I will definitely be back in future and can not recommend the dreams bed specialists any greater.

Excellent knowledge of products and was specific to our needs and budget.

Having a stressful time at home with parents who both have dementia. Needed a bed ASAP. Was a tad emotional when I went to the dreams shop in Clydebank. The assistant, Lesley was kind attentive sympathetic understanding and very professional and generally just lovely and made the decision making process easy for me and my daughter at a difficult time. A credit to the company.

well i had a lot of questions to ask before i bought my bed and mattress and gerry was very helpful and also friendly which i really like when you go into a store he never presured me into buying anything he was there when i needed to know anything

Our store assistant Lesley was extremely helpful and knowledgeable about products. She gave us time to try and compare products.

Nathan was highly knowledgable of the product and not at all pushy for a sale he was very helpful.
