Dreams - Clydebank

When I went into the store an assistant came with her big smile to help me and asked me in detail what I was looking for. The environment was absolutely professional and the quality in combination with the price was the best thing.

Very pleased with the choice and layout of the store. Heather the assistant who served us was really good. She was friendly, helpful and knowledgeable and went out of her way to help us.

We were experiencing a lot of problems with our old mattress and for sure needed to buy a new one. As we did not know where to start, we went to Dreams. There we were welcomed warmly and Lesley went with us through the whole process of finding the perfect mattress for us. It was a great customer service indeed. It took us a while to decide, but Lesley was very understanding and helpful with our choice. Our overall experience at Dreams was highly satisfying!

I don’t like going into shops and having sales people ask me questions but, Michael was lovely and made me feel at ease! He also gave us space to chat without hanging over us too much, which I really appreciated!

We had a lovely visit to dreams because of Heather. She was very friendly and understood our needs and our budget. She didn't make us feel like we couldn't afford to buy a matress and did everything she could to make us feel comfortable with the purchase we were making. The 0% interest free was a huge help and we were able to spread our payments over a few more months which for us was a lifesaver. Heather was very chatty and very knowledgeable about the products she was selling as she has first hand experience of buy a matress and had been trying them out herself recently. The sleep machine was great and helped us get a good idea of the mattresses we would be more comfortable sleeping on.

Service was very good, Lesley was were helpful and had great product knowledge and was very helpful keeping our young daughter occupied while we shopped.

Very knowledgeable staff. Helpful and approachable, very patient with my disabled husband. We were given the option of the bed test, but declined. Lovely to see happy workers, who know their products.
