Lesley who served me took lots of time to help and show me products and ensured I was comfortable with my purchase and didn't try and sell me more than I needed.

I had looked around earlier and when I returned to the store I had decided what to order. I approached a member of staff that wanted to help me before and he did just that. He placed my order explaining all of the necessary information and was polite and helpful .

Having looked in other stores, I was amazed at the lower cost & free or discounted offers available. Also, the quick delivery was much better than others.

Our assistant Lesley was incredibly helpful as was her colleague. She was very knowledgeable, patient and supportive.

Lesley and Gerry could not have been more helpful during our visit. They made it clear that our satisfaction was uppermost in dealing with our purchase. We could not have been happier dealing with Dreams and the Personnel.

Customer service was very good as I entered the store .Lesley was fantastic helping me through the process and options of purchasing my Goods .I definitely will be back .

We received a great deal of help in choosing the mattress we finally purchased. The salesman was knowledgeable and seemed happy to point out the most suitable ones given the criteria we needed, saying that though, at no time did we feel rushed or pressurised, allowing us to wander around by ourselves to have a good look at everything, but still be available ( as long as he was not with another customer ) to answer any questions we may have had. He was very patient with us, even when we said that we wanted to think about it overnight and return the following day. I am very pleased to say that we did return, tried the two options we were thinking about and finally placing an order.

Before visiting the Dreams store in Clydebank, Glasgow, we went into a different bed store in the area, it was a very uncomfortable experience, the staff in the other store made us feel pressured and hurried to buy and the woman who dealt with us was erratic, nervous and very anxious about securing a purchase from us, I only say this to describe the stark difference to the way we were treated and dealt with when we went into the Dreams store. We were greeted by Nathan who was relaxed and attentive without being pressuring or making us feel hurried, he was extremely knowledgable about the products for sale and made sure by the time we left that we had everything we needed. I have worked in customer service for many years and to say I was impressed would quite describe it right. Nathan didnt pressure us but made us aware of the sales running at the time and offerred me to try several different mattresses so that I was sure I ordered the perfect one to be suitable with my back problems, He offered us tea or coffee and really went out of his way to be as helpful as possible, this left us feeling very satisfied with the visit and I'm really looking forward to receiving my new bed.

the staff at dreans could.nt do enough and were not pushy in trying to sell something you did.nt want i will certainly shop there again mr george cowie
