Great service in the store. Delivered within a week. Guys who delivered polite and friendly. Appreciated that they put bags over their shoes before entering my house. Overall, everything was easy and uncomplicated.

Michael approached us with his vast knowledge and took us through the bed testing machine then spent nearly an hour of his time taking us through each bed type listed on our results. The level of time patience he took during our experience at Dreams very helpful and understanding.I have recommended to family that when looking for a new bed ie. mattress to give dreams a look and and you will not be disappointed.

Lesley from the Clydebank, Glasgow store was more than helpful with myself and my dad in trying to help us find the right bed that would fit my room. She had great knowledge of the beds and mattresses that she thought would be right for me and was quick with getting the purchase done, very good customer service and was quick to introduce herself when we came in.
