the staff member dealing with us, was very helpful and patient with us .

The gent that helped us made the shop very quick and easy, he knew what he was talking about and even carried our mattress to our car and helped us squeeze it in.

The service at the store was excellent. We felt no pressure to purchase any particular product but supported in our needs. The knowledge of the products available was first class and the advice / guidance felt genuine.

On entering the store in Clydebank we were offered a very warm friendly good morning from Lesley, at this point Lesley asked if we required any assistance we were just having at look as we had seen some products online so we said we didn't need anything at this point. Lesley asked if we would like a tea or coffee, we declined and were left to browse the store. After having a look Lesley approached us again to see if we required further assistance, we asked about the products we had seen online, Lesley was very helpful and pointed us in the right direction but also advised us of other products similar and deals that were available. Overall very happy with the whole shopping experience at the Clydebank branch.

Both Michael and Nathan were fantastic. Very attentive and informative and made our visit very productive. We were able to locate a mattress and bed frame and were also given alternatives in both lower and higher price ranges. Nathan was great and was not pressuring us in any way. Micheal then took over as Nathan was busy with another customer and again was great and we didn’t feel pressured in any way. We were told about additional cover e.g mattress protection and bed frame protection. We were also given a selection of days to choose from for delivery which suited us perfect. Couldn’t of been happier with service and product ordering/selection.

Staff member gave us advice without us feeling pressured then assisted us with purchasing other items.

The choice of beds and value for money . Have been to a number of stores and dreams came out on top ,

I had visited several Dreams Stores and tried a vast amount of beds, after spending lots of time deciding on the bed I wanted. I decided and went to the store only to find out the particular bed of my choice was in the Sale, even if had not been I was going to order it no matter what, the Salesman was very knowledgable and relayed this information to me. I left the shop on a high knowing I had the bed of my Dreams. Regards Michael
