Great customer service.

We came in to look out for beds. Left the store with a mattress, 2 pillows and a mattress protector! Was impressed by the technology to select best mattresses for my own body/sleeping position comfort. Shop assistant Gerry helped a lot showing us around describing mistresses and was very patient with our testing them. Great service provided, very polite!

Was assisted by Michael the store manager who was very knowledgeable. We actually purchased an ex-display mattress so was the price was half of what it should have been. Was very impressed overall and would not hesitate in coming back to the Clydebank store for future purchases.

Lesley the woman who served us couldnt have been more helpful from the get go. We were unsure between two beds to choose from and she gave us all the facts and plenty of time to decide. This is my second bed from dreams and will continue to shop here in the future

The salesperson Lesley was amazing from start to finish. A very cheery welcome and the odd joke made it more friendly than other stores. She knew her stuff and made sure I did it feel pressured. She put us on the new machine and helped us choose the correct mattress for myself and my wife. She was a credit to Dreams and I hope she knows.
