Dreams - Clydebank

I bought my first double bed from dreams about 5years ago and I would always go back to the store to purchase a new one

We visited the Clydebank store. We had a look around on our own. Before being grated by Michael his knowledge of all the mattresses and beds was fantastic. He was very helpful especially me with not having a clue what I was looking for. In the end I have a new bed and mattress on the way.

The staff was vert welcoming and knowledgeable

I was very pleased to be able to get what I was looking for and the assistant Lesley was very good

We were surprised by the time given by Lesley, and the ease of navigation a wide variety range of products

The Customer Service which we received from the Dreams store in Clydebank, Scotland by your Salesperson LESLEY was excellent. She went above and beyond to try and get us the items we desired, but due to time constraints she was unable to get us our first choice items in time for Xmas, which is what we really desired. She did however, manage to get us alternative items which we were happy about and able to get these delivered at the time we wished.

Service from manager Michael was great very helpful and more interested in getting us the right bed and making sure we felt it was the correct choice.

Michael spend a lot of time with us during the first visit , showing knowledge of their products and which product was appropiate for us. He treated us quite kindly and we manage to constrain a few items to try on. In our second visit we had lost the notes he gave us the note off the beds we show interest, but he was very organised and found our record, so we didnt have to do the sleep test again. The other member were very kind and available. We manage to get a good deal for the final mattress, the bed insurance and accessories. The date of the delivery was agreed at the shop and advice by message and giving the opportunity to change the slot in advance and gave the time slot of delivery 2 days in advance. Because that, our whole experience with your shop in Clydebank has been excellent and highly satisfied.

Member of staff was very friendly and professional - felt like he had good product knowledge and gave us plenty of time to make up our minds without pressure. Gave us options or mattress protector and we looked at duvet sets but we already had those
