The assistance given by the store assistant, Lesley, was excellent. She was extremely knowledgeable, helpful and friendly. Did not feel her advice was solely for the sake of a sale, rather it was very helpful in advising us the best way to get what we were looking for.

Micaheal, the salesman, was very knowledgeable and patient. He explained sleep match very well. I can not think of anything that could have improved the shopping experience

Following using the dream bed demonstrator I was assisted by a new member of staff who had a little difficulty finding the advised mattresses, however, a senior colleague was within earshot to support Michael. Michael was very patient and ensured I had adequate time to make my selection. At no time did I feel rushed or pressured into buying a product. All-in-all a very positive experience.

Our assistant her name was Lesley very knowledgeable about the product we were looking to buy. Giving us time and space to discuss our options. Courteous in all aspects while dealing with us very efficient. Job well done👍

From the moment we stepped into your store we were treated in a very professional and friendly manner. From the offer of tea or coffee through to the final payment we were made to feel special (a rare experience in the retail industry) we were advised of various offers, guarantees and services without being pressurised into buying. The staff are an asset to your company.

although the shop was busy when we visited we were offered refreshments while we browsed, then taken to the sleep match data for an idea as to which mattress best suited us. When Michael was free, he attended to us, gave us options, listened to what we wanted & completed the sale. ALL COMPLETELY HASSLE FREE
