Staff were friendly and helpful but werent too pushy. They allowed you to wander around store without following you but were always available if you had any questions

Helpful and friendly staff who were keen to answer any questions and help us with our purchase, even offering tea and coffee whilst we shopped.

The customer service from Lesley and her colleagues was very professional and they were very patient.

Given assistance quite quickly when entering the store, shown lots of different choices and did not feel pressure to choose, just given options and assistance to help me find what mattress suited me best.

My wife and I felt the service at dreams Clydebank was exceptional. We ha bartenders the store earlier in the day looking for a new bed. We then looked at 3 other bedroom shops and none of them could match the service and advice given to us by Michael and the other staff. My wife was very hesitant (if you could believe!) as it’s an expensive purchase but Michael had all the patience in the world and answered her every query. We would definitely return to the Clydebank store again.

Hate shopping because of pushy salesmen.. glad to say this was not the case. We were encouraged to have a look around, we were offered a tea or coffee and then Nathan our salesman walked us round explaining the deals on mattresses and what base you could get in what colour ect. He also encouraged us to try out loads of different mattresses and explained how the ottoman beds we were looking at worked and encouraged us to try them out. Would definitely recommend going here.
