Lesley from the Glasgow store is absolutely lovely! The Sleep Match experience made us giggle, so good start to a shopping experience.

The assistant was very helpful, helping us from the minute we entered the store. From choosing the bed and mattress and showing us different types of pillows and extras. The service was great.

Staff in store very polite and helpful. Offered tea/coffee. Recommended that I try the computerised mattress that matches Ur body shape prior to selecting mattress. Was given a pillow and tried various beds. Can't wait to get my new mattress.

I was assisted by Michael the Manager at Clydebank store who was extremely helpful, very knowledgeable about the stock, but also did not feel intrustive or in any way making a "hard sell" which can be very off putting. Very pleasant manner, easy to talk to and gave very useful practical advice on the items we were purchasing. I would definately return to purchase again at Dreams and the assistance that was provided was pitched absolutely perfectly to feel supportive but not overpowering.

The sales assistant was very helpful and knowledgeable. We were approached and welcomed on entering the store and given enough time to make our selections before asking for some product advice on our intended purchases.

I went into the store in Clydebank with my partner looking to test out some mattresses and get one that had been reduced in the January sale. I wasn't expecting to be taken care of like we were. I built up an idea of what I wanted to buy before going into the store but I discovered that my plan wouldn't really work. Our Dreams Colleague, Lesley, was crucial in helping us find what we needed. I wasn't expecting to enjoy myself as much as I did. The sleep match was a fun process and my partner and I felt we were given the time that we needed to find the right fit for us. It turned into a lovely adventure and I can't wait for the arrival of my new bed. I spent quite a bit more than I initially thought I was going to but I see it as well worth it from the experience we had in store.

Good customer service from Lesley, highly knowledgeable and answered all our questions making sure we were happy with our purchase.
