Lesley who assisted us was extremely helpful and knowledgeable, she gave us enough time to try out all the mattresses recommended to us from our sleep review, left us time to discuss and didn’t push us for a decision. We also liked the team work shown from all of the staff who were happy to help. Enjoyable experience and we are delighted with our purchases.

We found the staff very welcoming, sincere, listening to our needs, pleasant, patient, not pressurising, sound knowledge of the products. Both all round excellent customer care. The sofa bed which we settled on and purchased appears very suitable. I was able to lie on it when extended and found it very comfortable with suitable dimensions. A very impressive visit indeed. Staff to be proud of!

First time ever buying a mattress and the whole experience was enjoyable and fun and we walked out with everything we wanted.

The amount of knowledge and customer service was excellent. Lesley took as much time as we needed. No rushing. We had coffee and tea and the rest of the team were excellent too.
