Lesley was lovely. The store was well laid out and we had intended on coming in for a browse with a view to possibly purchase online. Without being pushy Lesley made herself available and then assisted us in finding an ideal mattress for us both. She let us try the mattress finder tool, offered us coffee, discussed our individual needs and showed us our best matches. We did not feel pushed into any purchases and actually bought a different mattress from the one we had expected. Lesley discussed our options regarding payment and we feel got the best fit for us both. The only slight downside is that we are waiting a month for delivery of our mattress. Lesley made us feel valued and took all the time we needed to help us find our mattress and we are looking forward to having it delivered. Very satisfied customers.

Michael was very knowledgable and helpful. He even answered all my questions regardless how silly they were. He was very patient with me even though I jumped from one idea to another. He was committed to my goal of finding a good mattress and succeeded.

When I entered into the store a member off staff Called Lesley Wood Came over and helped us really great with the best mattress 4 us
