Staff were friendly, knowledgeable, chatty and not too pushy with trying to win a sale. Willingly offered a discount without being asked or without trying to push for a sale either

Gerry at the Clydebank store was great. He was very helpful, patient and knowledgeable. He gave us great confidence in covid protection throughout our visit and gave us his full attention.
