Michael was very friendly, helpful and knowledgeable. Took the time to explain lots of concepts to us and show us around several beds. Did not feel rushed at all. Also did not feel pushed into a particular product. Very satisfied overall and will continue to shop with Dreams in the future.

Dreams staff were very helpful and patient in helping us select the right bed and mattress for myself and my wife no pushy sales it was an enjoyable relaxing experience from start to finish. I feel confident in our choice of bed and if it’s not suitable, we have the option of another mattress with the 40 night sleep guarantee which gives you piece of mind you will find a mattress that suits your individual needs thanks Dreams 😃
