i had previously been in store and had seen a bed frame that I liked, spoke to Nathan and he was very helpful. returned a few days later with my partner and Nathan remembered me and was very helpful again. he took the time to find out what we were looking for, understand our needs and show us the products that we were interested in. He helped us with mattress advice and explained all our options when we had decided on a bed frame and mattress. he was really helpful, made us feel welcome, safe and made the whole process of buying a new bed really easy.
