The assisstant who served me took a great deal of time finding out exactly the kind of bed I wanted , and what would suit me, and then he reccommended 6 different beds and encouraged me to lie on each of them to find out which one I found most comfortable. He also asked me about the room for which I was buying the bed, and spent time asking questions to make sure that my preferred choice would be suitable in every way. He was very friendly , and pressed me to take as long as I needed to confirm my choice, without ever trying to rush me.

Staff were very attentive and helpful with any queries I had. Products displayed well with clear and correct information. Staff member Christopher ever helped to move and adjust sofabed into place and offered pillow to assist in proper testing.

The young man who served us had extreme patience and demonstrated a great deal of knowledge about his stock and goods. I was highly impressed.

Telephoned looking for a mattress to take away in the day explained what was in stock and 20% discount on mattresses to take away. Popped down tried ones on display, assistant very informative. Happy customer as we didn’t need to wait on a delivery. Price was relatively cheap and so far mattress seems perfect

I was very satisfied with the assistance and advice we were given to help us choose a bed and suitable mattress for our needs. We were also offered bottle water and the assistant took our coats as the store was very warm to allow us to try the beds.

We were greeted very quickly, encouraged to try the digital assessment and felt listened to as we’d specific views on firmness of mattress and dislike of memory foam.

Salesman was polite and very knowledgable about the products. He listened to our needs and directed us to beds that he thought would suit us . He also got us to try various comparisons and I liked the fact that there was no pressure to buy there and then.
