Staff member was knowledgeable regarding the products I was looking for and helped me decide on the products we were looking for. The only concern was the metal headboard was not available for viewing in the showroom only on computer., so hopefully I have ordered the correct one but unfortunately we will not know that until delivery

Gerry greeted us as we entered the store with my 88 year old mother who was looking for an adjustable electric bed. Gerry was most solicitous of her needs and was very respectful of a slightly deaf and slow elderly lady. He discussed her needs and encouraged her to try the beds. He was very knowledgeable and professional - excellent customer service. I would definitely recommend this store and Gerry in particular. Plenty of parking - including disabled parking - right outside the door My mother kept saying afterwards that it was such a "nice, painless experience" Well done Gerry and the Clydebank store

I'm normally apprehensive walking into some stores as I feel sometimes as soon as you walk in its pressure etc and you feel pushed however walking into dreams store in clydebank I was left to wander for a nice amount of time before the lovely Gerry came over to ask if I needed any help. He was well informed on the products available and listened to what we were after. Even down to the pillows! Never thought I'd spend over 100 quid each on pillows and I bought 2! He's great at his job and not at all pushy and I would definitely return to this store. He couldn't have been more helpful. Even showed us the different pull out sofas without an issue when we asked. Explained delivery options and different finance options available. Store was nice and tidy also.
