The service I received to purchase my £1500 trafalgar tv bed was fine just a shame I have had the bed almost a month and the TV is still not working! The customer service level I have received both from Gerry that I purchased the bed from and Dreams customer service has been unaceptable. I am now waiting (after almost 3 weeks of being passed from pillar to post and getting no where) on the bed being uplifted. Not only am I now left without bed I have bought all new bedroom furniture to match this bed. I will never shop with dreams again.
