Walked into store not really knowing what I was looking for and sales assistant was unbelievably helpful, her product knowledge was of a very high standard and was able to offer excellent advice on all products we asked about, very cheerful and confident lady.

I had picked what I wanted online so knew what I was going for was only one member of staff in the store who was busy dealing with another customer so I had to wait around for a length of time to be seen but the sales man himself did apologise and was helpful

The problem was not specific to Dreams, but in fact relating to the finance organisation who took approximately 20-30 minutes just to confirm the loan. This was very long for a minor order and took away valuable time.

I'm sure there is always more you can offer your customers. For example I was given one free pillow but two would have been more useful plus a duvet too!
