I thought the delivery charge was quite expensive. Also, only one person was available to put the sale through so we had to wait ten minutes whilst he finished with the previous customer.

I could not fault either the service or quality of my purchases therefore I was satisfied that my needs had been met, I would suggest a fairer assessment of the service would be to have the optimum option as being satisfied. The option for the product could have the highly satisfied option and this would probably be better assessed once the purchase was delivered and in use

the process once decision was made seemed long. also, when my sister in law attempted to haggle with regards to price/delivery costs the (I assume) manager sitting next to the sales assistant answered somewhat abruptly (and he was not wearing a name badge to be identified)

I was satisfied with the service we recieved in store. We recieved good attention, and the sales person treated us courteously, and let us chose a bed without pressurising us. The service was good, and informative. To be highly satisfied, I need to be satisfied the product quality is as good as it can be for the price, and this will show over time.

We had to enquire about cheaper mattresses and were not shown the cheaper ones from the start.
