Dreams - Clydebank

AS I HAD DECIDED TO PAY SOME MONEY UPFRONT AND PAY THE REST THROUGH FINANCE I HAD TO WAIT BETWEEN 45 MINUTES AND AN HOUR ON THE FINANCE BEING APPROVED.

I'm quite satisfied with the service.

Item was not available and I was charged for delivery even although I said I could collect in store

I was satisfied with shopping in dreams. My timescale was as soon as possible, for a blue bed I had to wait till 20th April, I went for a brown which could be delivered on the 4th.

My visit to the shop was excellent. Very friendly staff although it took about 10-15 min for somebody to come over and asked if I needed help. But once somebody was helping me it was a very pleasant experience and so kind of them to look after my little dog too, so I did have to leave her in the car! There is so much choice that it takes quite a while to find what you are looking for. Sometimes I felt a little rushed. You're spending a lot of money so you need time to make the right decision. I have not received my product yet. The delivery slot was 3 weeks away, which was longer then I expected. So I cannot comment on the actual product yet and if I think the value for money is there. I recently heard my parents in law bought a bed for much cheaper somewhere else so I just hope I have made the right decision.

I/we were both satisfied with our visit to Clydebank Dreams. Your sales assist was most helpful and possessed a great deal of product knowledge, which was most helpful to us both. She (Rachel) was most thorough in making sure we understood all of the sales conditions, as relevant to us both. I can only say we both found her to be most charming, friendly and displayed a good sense of humour, especially in coping with "my" slightly warped sense of humour..??.. perhaps..??..Her attention to us was immediate upon entry and we felt very much at ease speaking to her. A credit to herself and to Dreams.

the first sales person gave too much information initally. contact was good but didnt stop imparting information. would have been etter to leave us to our own devices for a bit after pointing out the initial general information. afte rbeing told had been here the week before should have backed off abit. being picky here, but as a return visit we new what we were looking at. was a nice bloke though

Staff were very helpful and made sure I was leaving with what I was looking for.

I only went into the store to buy a mattress and was satisfied with the way my purchase was handled and the care and attention given to me by your staff.

No fault of staff, due to wait for bed to come in to stock
