The sales lady was extremely helpful. When asked for clarification from her manager about a product and it's price he gave her instruction that she acted on. However, it turned out to be incorrect. In itself this was not the problem. the issue was how the manager tried to palm us off initially and how he tried to blame the sales lady rather than admit his error. He did resolve the issue to our satisfaction but the lack of colleague support left a bit of a bad taste

Service was satisfactory, didn't need a hard sell just wanted to browse, had already shopped in this store and we knew what we wanted to buy.

Unable to get both mattress I liked. One was unable to be delivered on the date requested and the other was out of stock until a later date. However, I was able to find a a 3rd mattress and was able to order this. Hence only satisfied and not highly satisfied.

I have now just noticed the bank holiday sale and my bed is reduced by £120 I know there is a price promise from Dreams, which is good. I will do back to the store and obtain a refund.

No reason a believe satisfied is more than appropriate for buying a bed a would be highly satisfied if I was to win this lol

The product I really wanted was not available for 6-8 weeks. I couldn't wait this long. I had to go for a slightly different size which I didn't want.
