The issue I experienced was a technical one & apparently required a manager to sort it out. As there was no manager available, the staff had to deal with it, which they did in an efficient & competent manner in the Clydebank store.

The cumputer system crashed while my personal credit appkicewas being completed and had to be rebooted, and my details re-entered from scratch. This caused a delay in the ordering process.

I was probably as satisfied as I could have been to be honest. No complaints I just feel someone really would have had to have gone over and above for me to be highly satisfied.

We were satisfied with the experience of choosing our product but found our time spent instore prolonged so therefore not highly satisfied.
