Purchased 2 pillows. These were delivered on before the delivery date which caused inconvenience especially after contacting the store to advise of issues. No after sales service provided. Sales assistant was amazing Gerard spent 2 to 3 hours with us. Product availability was not great in store. An item online was not available in any Scotland store The quality of items vs price was not that great. Had issues with pricing. Online discount price was causing issues in store so sales assistant called director or area manager to arrange. All in all just seemed like a normal purchase transaction like any other retailer. Customer experience could have been much better. Only the sales assistant made it all worthy. Asset to your team

I was buying in a Scottish store and there were union jacks on your merchandise which I find offensive as my flag is the Saltire. I will not purchase food with jacks on them and many others feel the same way. If it had not been for your professional staff I would have walked out when I became aware of this
