Dreams - Clydebank

The staff are brilliant. I spend a lot of time browsing before I purchase and might visit a shop several times before making a purchase and having at one time been a sales assistant, I know it can be frustrating when it seems that despite great effort with a visitor to your store, that you might not get a sale, despite the fact that I often visit the Clydebank store I am always treated like royalty and particularly by the female staff member called elaine who seems to be on constant alert and always upbeat and friendly. The manager is attentive and unobtrusive at the same time and there is a nice feeling of camaraderie when I browse. No request has ever been too much trouble from offering refreshments to using the rest room and carrying my purchases to the car. Well done Elaine and co,

we were attended by Derek McLauchlan who went into great detail in explaining all aspects of different mattresses and insisted we try each one until we were completely satisfied. This, of course, we did and finally settled on our purchase. Needless to say the mattress was what we went to buy but Derek being the consumate salesman we ended up with a new set of pillows and a double Duvet. We found Derek to be a very knowledgeable salesman but not pushy and we had his full attention at all times.

The sales assistant was excellent & as soon as I told him what I was looking for he was able to help. He did so very efficiently.

The time taken to fully explain the variations in products and the professional manner in which Derrick helped us decide what was appropriate for our needs.

All the staff were friendly and helpful without being pushy.

When we came into the store we were greeted and made to feel welcome. We were left to look around without feeling any pressure, but help was at hand if we needed it. The person who served us, Elaine, was extremely friendly and helpful and had an answer to all of our questions.

The assistant Jon was very friendly and answered all our questions with ease, he also had great knowledge of the products and phoned other stores to ask if they had a product we were looking for. There was never any pressure put on us at any time to make a purchase and through both our visits to the store were always offered refreshments and felt at ease making our purchases. We promise to be back to make our next purchase sooner than later.

Salesman, Derrick, was extremely knowledgeable and helpful

Your employee, Gerry at the Clydebank store, was very proffessional, attentive and helpful. He was approachable and answered all queries we had and seemed very knowledgable about Dreams products and services. We felt he really wanted us to leave with the best product for us, rather than purely sell products. The delivery men were excellent and took great care in our home when delivering our mattress. We have had the best nights sleep in a long time! We have recommended Dreams to relatives and would definitely return in future. Thank you.

i was satisfied with the service the salesperson was really helpful but can we really say that any service you recieve is highly satisfied if it is the 1st time you have used it
