The service I received was friendly and courteous. The gentleman who assisted me was knowledgable and helpful.

Jon & Gerry from Clydebank store were extremely helpful & had good product knowledge as myself & my partner have disability they tool lots of time explaining what the best products would be to help us with our needs . Derrick, the colleague that assisted us was excellent. Really took the time to understand what we were looking for, encouraged us to lie on all the mattresses to try them out, recommended similar mattresses that may do the same job. He was very friendly and made us feel welcome but not the usual pushy sales person!

staff could not have been more helpful in explaining how the products work and the pros and cons of the product. he also offered alternatives to what we had originally considered buying so we maid the right choice for us. we where left to discuses or options also so didn't feel like we where pressured in to buying things we didn't need. over all a great experience and very competent and helpful sails assistant

We shopped around and the quality that we were getting at Dreams was excellent. The staff or rather Gerry was helpful in meeting and understanding our needs. He explained about the beds and recommended the perfect bed for us, and suggested the perfect headboard as well. After the bed was selected Gerry helped select the bedding for us, and told us that we can get a half priced pillow set because of the bed we selected. Best of all, we got a great deal on the Life Time warranty on the bed, which will allow us to sleep well at night. Thank you very much, Victor and Liz Hainsworth

The choice was good, shop quiet so had time to browse

The assistant who welcomed us when we entered the store immediately directed us to the beds and mattresses we were thinking about purchasing. As a result of his expert knowledge and kindness we purchased two beds, mattresses and headboards. We had already purchased a bed, etc a few years ago from the same store and assisted again by Gerry.

The staff member who assisted us was very helpful, gave us time to consider options available and supplied us with refreshments. I would highly recommend him for service and civility.

My husband and I were served by Jon at Clydebank Dreams and the service he provided us with was exceptional.
