The man was very friendly and welcoming ,explained everything very well about my purchase and no pressure was put on to buy any product so I really like that great salesman

There were a wide range of choices of mattresses, bed style and price ranges which I liked. I also was very satisfied with the deals on pillows and duvets when buying a bed. This was very good value for money.

had visited another "bed" store in the area, their prices where well over priced, the guy that helped my young daughter and I told what was available within our price range and suggested we thought about it before finall purchase and even offered us zero interest credit which we took, we will probably pay off in full when her 49 nights trial are up. Generally impressed with shopping expereience.

The sales assistant that dealt with my order was extremely friendly and helpful and was very considerate of my specific needs and wants. We chatted during the process which made it all more enjoyable and I would be delighted to pop back into the store anytime for another purchase and friendly encounter with the sales assistants.

I HAD SPENT TIME RESEARCHING REQUIRED PRODUCT ONLINE AND WOULD HAVE BEEN NICE TO SEE PRODUCT DISPLAYED ON SALESFLOOR ALTHOUGH AWARE NOT ALL ITEMS CAN STORED ON PREMISES. WOULD RECOMMEND GERRY THE SALESMAN TO FRIENDS AND FAMILY AS SERVICE RECEIVED AND TIME TAKEN A BREATH OF FRESH AIR IN TODAYS PRESSURISED SELLING CULTURE AGAIN A PLEASANT CHANGE TO THE USUAL TECHNIQUES USED ELSEWHERE.
