The man in the shop called jon asked us if we needed assistance and we politely declined saying we were just in to have a look about. He left us alone which was great , nothing worse than someone hounding you. When we decided what we needed jon couldn't have been more helpful . He knew his products well. He even appoligised for the beds taking two weeks to come . Which we were expecting anyway. A good shopping experience.

The staff at the store were extremely friendly, introduced themselves, but did not try to aggressively sell me anything, they let me know about the offers that were available and let me decide. I didn't feel under pressure to buy, which is much better than a pushy salesperson.

As soon as we walked in Jon McKnight said hello to us, helped us to find the right areas for us to look in and then left us be to browse around. He also offered us a mug of tea which I think was lovely gesture. Once we'd made our decision , he was very quick to help us organise it and get it delivered for us. A very lovely man indeed.

I found Derrick to be well mannered and very informative in the way he was discussing the items I needed for my home. Also he was very well dressed and courteous at all times during the purchase.

The last time I filled this I ran out of time Suffice to say I knew exactly what I wanted and Jon (your Man in Clydebank) made it very easy For me to be satisfied.
