Jon in the store was so helpful and professional. It made the experience so easy and quick. Also Jon made the process of the credit easy to understand.

I was highly satisfied with the gentleman Jon McKnight who looked after me whilst in the store he was exceptionally friendly and helped me with everything he couldn't have been anymore helpful with my purchase. I would certainly come back to Dreams store and my mother is also going to be making a purchase as they are so helpful and the store has a very friendly atmosphere.

As soon we arrived we were greeted at the door then left to have a look and we weren't pestered like you normally get when people are trying to sell something to you. The staff were friendly and even helped keep my 3 kids entertained.

Polite staff member assisted me during my visit/purchase. When he was unable to answer one of my queries he made a phone call to ensure I was given correct information.

I had looked online prior to attending the store so had a few options and Jon took the time to answer all of my questions and offer advice. Overall a first class service and also was able to offer quick delivery date and all completed in a timely manner with a smile!

From the moment we entered the store the service we received was great. The sales assistant, Jon, was very helpful and made us feel very welcome. He explained all the different types of mattresses and asked us a few questions to find out which one was right for us. He gave us some space and time to test them out before making our final decision.

The Advisor DERRICK was very helpful for us and the beds, mattresses and furniture had a good quality.
