Good service +good quality.

I am a single father with a teenage son left living with me and our house was destroyed by fire through no fault of our own so we were left with nothing so have to replace everything we lost and obvs we needed new beds as well as everything else and with the cost of things these days and our circumstances we have to watch the pennies so was totally pleased with the service and prices I received from dreams thank you so much

Service was good possibility of shop being quiet at the time of my visit. Staff were polite and helpful. They were also cheerful which is a joy to see . No grumps.

The shop was open plan, friendly staff, particularly Elaine Fox. Great customer service, the whole pre-sales experience. Haven't received product as yet, scheduled for delivery on 31st July so I'm hoping that delivery and product itself will be as high as standard already received.

Very friendly, helpful staff member in your Clydebank store, Derrick McLachlan, couldn't fault him in any way whatsoever. His product knowledge was excellent, and he comes across as a very likeable, pleasant chap.

Despite the shop being busy & only 1 staff on, i was very impressed & highly satisfied with the service.Elaine, the staff was very efficient, dealt with every customer with calm & ease. She was very friendly, knowledgeable & professional.

Our advisor was so knowledgeable explaining products, their pros and cons and helped us establish exactly what we were looking for in a new bed. He gave us information, showed us around different products and took time to cater for our needs. He gave us space to make our decision, did not apply any pressure and was flexible in putting together a package including bed & other products that suited our needs. Was really impressed with service and returned to this store, in a large part, because of the service we received from Jon.

The sales assistant Derrick at the Clydebank branch of Dreams was very friendly. He was not pushy at all and gave me space to make my own descisions. He had excellent knowledge of the store products and was able to direct me to the relevant brochures. He was a very approachable man with excellent manners.
