Dreams - Clydebank

The service was excellent from start to finish. Upon entering myself & my partner were offered a drink & told to feel free to try the beds out (I'd already taken my shoes off in preparation). The labelling system was simple & easy to understand & I soon found the mattress I had researched online at the price I expected. After trying out the mattress (& a few others) I popped next door to Bensons, just to compare & try out a few more. Their staff were unhelpful & couldn't even tell us which mattresses were firm/pocket sprung. The chap just vaguely pointed and said there was a picture in the top corner (not at all helpful). We quickly returned to your store to make a purchase. The chap at the desk was very friendly & we even had a chat about my accent (turned out he was famise with the village I came from). All in all a very friendly and personal experience.

Elaine the staff member who 1st assisted us didn't try to force a sale. She listened to what we wanted before offering any product. Then at the till Elaine and her colleague John who was in on his day off talked us through the best way to protect our product then offered us some ways to save along the way. I must say these two members of staff are a credit to Dreams and their Clydebank store.

Jon McKnight was very professional and very helpful he also asked if we would like to purchase other products and explained the benefits I would definitely recommend this store to family and friends .

We were served by Jon who knew everything about mattresses so I felt we were getting exactly what we were looking for. Spending £629.00 is a lot for me (I had to save it up) I felt we were getting real value for our money

Staff member Jon at the Clydebank store was extremely helpful and honest with his personal opinion. Was not trying to sell us the most expensive items, just products that were best suited to us.

I WAS DELIGHTED WITH THE OVERALL SERVICE I GOT FROM ELAINE AT YOUR CLYDEBANK STORE FROM THE MOMENT SHE APPROACHED ME TILL ME LEAVING THE STORE SHE WAS JUST FIRST CLASS, I WAS ONLY IN FOR A QUICK LOOK AND WAS NOT LOOKING TO BUY ON THE DAY!!! ELAINE AND HER COLLEGUE JOHN WAS SO FRIENDLY AND HELPFUL I WOULD BE VISITING THE STORE AGAIN IN THE FUTURE AND HOPE TO SEE THEM AS THEY WERE SIMPLY AWESOME.

Staff were very helpful and friendly and professional and not pushy or forceful gave u time to look around
