Derrick was absolutely brilliant. Spent the time with us and gave us time to consider without hounding us like other sales staff.

The staff where very helpfull the girl who seen to us her name was Elaine she was very pleasant and explained things very well we where offered a tea or coffee and made to feel really welcome

The staff were very helpful, they were not pushy and provided all information required and left you to decide in your own time. They explained everything clearly and highlighted the important areas of the return policy if you should require it. The price was very good there was sales on and the sales person highlighted mattresses that were in the sale but not marked up so it gave me more choice for the matress.

We were extremely satisfied with the range of products available in the shop and the assistance we received. Elaine was extremely nice and friendly and she immediately understood what we were looking for. We walked in with a sore back and just trying the new mattress and pillows she suggested us we felt immediately better. We were even trying to negotiate to sleep in the shop for the night! ;-) In the end we purchased a Lambert K Mattress and two amazing Tempur Cloud Pillows. The order was placed quickly over a nice chat and the items delivered in our bedroom in less than a week. Definitely going to recommend it to friends and colleagues.

the purchase was for my dad. I felt that Jon McKnight listened to what we were saying and spent time with my dad getting him to try various beds and pillows. Going back to ones he had tried before, to make sure he was happy with what he had picked.
